REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: February 2009

Wow! You actually came to this page. Our lawyers made us include it and made us use a precious button on our home page to get you here.

We have taken every effort to design our Web site to be useful, informative, helpful, honest and fun.  Hopefully we’ve accomplished that — and would ask that you let us know if you’d like to see improvements or changes that would make it even easier for you to find the information you need and want.

All we ask is that you agree to abide by the following Refund Policy. Take a few minutes to look them over because by using our site you automatically agree to them. Naturally, if you don’t agree, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to make any modifications that we deem necessary at any time. Please continue to check these terms to see what those changes may be! Your continued use of the PostBankruptcyReport.com Web site means that you accept those changes. THANKS AGAIN FOR VISITING!

Subscription or mailing list products are NOT refundable, but the subscription service can be canceled at any time with no further obligations or commitments.  Other products purchased that are not not monthly subscriptions/mailing lists (ie CD,  Diskette, or Hard Printed Versions) may be returned for a credit to the owner/creator of the product, some products are created by CMC Ventures, LLC -- the owners of this site, and some products are offered on this site by other product creators. To obtain an unconditional refund, you must be within 5 days of receipt of our product, you must notify CMC Ventures, LLC aka PostBankruptcyReport.com  at support@postbankruptcyreport.com and explain that you desire a refund for the product purchased. You will receive authorization, and shipping instructions. There will be a $25 restocking fee. The product must be returned in "like new" re-saleable condition or a $100 fee will apply. We suggest insuring the product you are sending back.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to CMC Ventures, LLC aka PostBankruptcyReport.com. CMC Ventures, LLC aka PostBankruptcyReport.com. will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a “Refund Claim Form” that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to CMC Ventures, LLC aka PostBankruptcyReport.com. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

CMC Ventures, LLC aka PostBankruptcyReport.com. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on CMC Ventures, LLC aka PostBankruptcyReport.com.'s Web sites.
